  4. Nothing special. Just a small, abandoned Spanish house beside the road. So only a short stop with a few pics. 1 2 3 4 5 6
  5. Built by a count and industrialist in the early 20. century. The Villa included flat and offices. Below the mansion is a church. The path to it was rocky and overgrown with thorny bushes.   8. An abandoned church somewhere in the nowhere of Spain. The door was locked. But in the village I found the holder of the key, who allowed us the visit and taking pictures inside. Due to the language barrier (he spoke neither German nor English, and I don't speak Spanish) we couldn't talk; and also in the web I found no historical information about the building.   16. Posibly, one of the last hippie communnity that existed on earth at the embrace of the mountain. They'd lived here, in 4 main houses with a pagan church. Place of reflection, peace and love.   17. Castellnou pools were tremendously popular at the end of '60s beggining '70s. With a olympic size pool, minigolf, another big pool, restaurant, etc., all surrounded by the dressing rooms for hundreds of people to come here the weekends in a place a little bit far of any beach. This closed after 3 young killed from the top of the springboard. Since then, black legends prey this pool, strange sensations damned. There was a psicosis and people left to come after that. Others come to look for paranormal phenomena or psychophonies in the pools and sports brands such as Nike, come to make commercials with Ronaldinho when this one was FC Barcelona player Uncertain fate for a unforgettable present.   18. Spain Majorca 2015

    Revisit to this place, but this time my best mate Baron Jnr came with me. Every year my folks, my kids and myself get a week or so on this beautiful island, I usually get a day or so on my own with a car to explore the island. This year I ended up not to well with a bloody ear infection !!! so on this explore I was stone cold deaf and really not up for it, but with the new 8-16mm I really wanted another go at the place. So the night before Baron Jnr asked if he could go along with me (hes only 9 ) was a proper proud moment Hes done a few local places in Scotland but this was his first EU UE and I think he just wanted to get 1 more explore under his belt v`s his sister lol plus he wanted to wear gloves lol As I said its a revisit and i`m still confused over what the place was, I first thought distillery but now someone mentioned it looks more like a place for grain so god knows All pics apart from one or 2 where taken by Baron Jnr (he`d tell me what/where to shoot and I`d set it up and let him take it) cheers The Baron
  19. I'm not sure of the actual name of this place as it was just a random find en-route to somewhere else, couldn't quite make out the sign and any paperwork was less than helpful. Still it turned out to be half decent for something i wasn't expecting, looks like they made generic random wood tat for tourists, some of you might have some still lying about. I'm guessing they closed down around 2011 judging by the callenders. Security Cactus Sweet little offices on the top floor Workshops .. .. Stores .. ..

The Sa Caleta Coastal Battery is a coastal defence consisting of a set of three open gun emplacements built between 1936 and 1937, by the Nationalist (fascist) forces during the Spanish Civil war to protect the approaches to Ibiza Airport. I knew something was here but found all this more or less by accident 'cause the ruin I found on Google Earth was an excavated Roman Villa! There is an opening in the cliff face above the beach at Sa Caleta & that attracted my attention.   21. Another bar destroyed by the ongoing feuds & politics engaged in by the big clubs on Ibiza. Looks like it re-opened 2004 http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/night/reviews/2004/morgana_170704_i.htm blurb Morgana is a mix of chill-out gardens, VIP terraces and indoor dance club. Lavishly decorated both inside and out in Arabian style complete with comfy sofas under Moroccan tents, wrought iron furniture, lanterns and elaborate paving, no expense has been spared in creating the ultimate night time venue. I think it closed 2005 'cause I can't find anything on it after that & I visited in 2014. Any way enjoy the decor.........     no prefix for Majorca so went with Spain my annual family holiday wouldnt be the same without some kind of explore. Got in about 7am but by 8am the sun was so bright its blowing out a lot of the window shots (must get up earlier !!!) Lovely place and very different to anything I`ve done of late Cheers The Baron

  25. After an early sat morning start and the great english weather (PISSING DOWN AGAIN ). Me and wevsky head off to pick up obscurity and maniac, After a short drive up to northfleet we meet up with troglodyte peach and kheridr . A quick beer and breakfast stop then off to AEI henley cable works and shelters. What was to follow was an amazing set of tunnels,no graffiti completely untouched .Right after thanking wevsky for sorting the trip out and a to mr t for your help A brief bit of history W T Henley / AEI Cable Works Air Raid Shelter, The company W T Henley has always been highly regarded for the manufacture of cable and electrical components and was clearly the company of choice when a system had to be devised as a countermeasure to the growing threat of German magnetic mines during the Second World War. As a result, a new site was constructed in 1939 in Gravesend for W T Henley and a complex of tunnels built underneath to provide air raid shelter for the company’s employees.
