  2. Another Belgian location that's taken me a few attempts to crack that I finally crossed off the list.... On my first ever trip to Belgium me and my mate were travelling cross country and my mate decided he needed another memory card for his camera, so we pulled into a large electronics shop to buy one. A year later on my second trip out Villa Heil was on the to do list, and as we got closer and closer I suddenly realised that right across the street from it was the very same electronics shop we had pulled into a year before, when the fact there was a large derelict house directly opposite was unknown to us! On that occasion we found it sealed so carried on, shaking our heads at the incredible coincidence. I next tried it in December last year, we were inside for no more than a minute before being kicked out by people in the lawyers office next door, my most gutting bust ever. But last weekend we rocked up on a Sunday morning and got it done! Villa Heil is one of the best large derelict houses in Belgium, and although a lot of stuff has grown legs and walked out of there over the last year or so it's still well worth a visit. 3. Another report from the last Belgium infiltration and this place was a stop on the second day but unfortunately we were spotted and were sent out. We came back on the way to the ferry on the Sunday and did it instead. A couple of hours mooch around here, some nice spots inside. Think that the place next door which was a dentist was also the owners parents house but unsure on the history Externals Internals Thanks for looking in. Tim

  6. Belgium Villa Ro... June '14

On to location No2 of me n Oldskools recent Euro skirmish... Felt a bit odd this one! A strong feeling of 'shouldn't be in here' followed us round, so we got it done as quickly as possible and did one!! Shame really, could have spent a LOT longer here... ...VILLA RO... Until next time...
  7. I keep saying i'm not going to go back, but there's always something to drag you back so yet again we popped over to Belgium driving there and back in a day, like you do. Went with Sammychocowammy, Oldskool and a non member. Villa Heil, stopped here on the way back to the train, wasn't expecting too much and most of these houses tend to become very similar after you've been to a few but it was pretty decent. Seems to have been owned by a lawyer or similar judging by the wall to wall case files in the basement dating back to the 1920's. .. .. .. Cheers for looking.
  8. Such a beautiful villa. Amazing condition! located along a busy road and with an English car sticking out like a sore thumb we found our access. Really hot up in the loft bit but loads of stuff left behind by the owners. I would love to live in this house. Has a creepy looking soft cushion area up in the loft with lots of cuddly toys. It really does feel like the owners have just gone on holiday for a few weeks...... This was very different to your normal explore because of the condition. It sort of feels wrong. Thank You

  14. This little house we explored during a trip through Belgium, a small place with some stuff inside, as someone left for shopping and never returned. The most bizzare object was a small photo album, with pictures of different funerals. 1: 2: 3: 4: 5:
  15. Not a qlue what has happened to this building, why its empty and why nobody takes care of the stuff inside. 1: 2: 3: 4: 5: 6:

  19. After 3 days of super sweet Belgian coffee, Coca Cola, pastries, waffles, burgers, and, of course, MILLIONS of roll ups, the 1100 Belgium Tour had taken it's toll on me and NK's teeth making them DESPERATE for a scrape and polish!! Unfortunately, our teeth were in such a HORRENDOUS state, the dentist suffered a nervous breakdown and had to go home for a lie down... Time for a bit of D.I.Y... WELCOME TO ...VILLA CAVITY... And that's it... Myself and NK would like to thank you all for taking the time to check out our Euro adventures, hopefully much, MUCH more to come in 2014!!!
  20. Day 3 of the N.K.P.S 1100 Belgium Tour and me n the Welly Queen are up with the lark and hotfooting it to the days first location and in keeping with the rest of the tours sites its a walk in!! Which was nice!! We decide to work from the bottom up and find a huge collection of files and plans in the cellar all slowly but steadily decaying! NICE!! Up into the rest of the house and its just as good! Stacks of goodies left behind, pristine rooms that give the impression that the residents have popped down the shops and contrasting ones which give the impression that the house is about to fall down! And to top it all off a collection of stuffed birds!! Cant beat a bit of taxidermy!! Enough waffle... Heres some pics from both of us... ENJOY!! ...VILLA HEIL... ...The Cellars... ...Ground Floor... ...Upstairs... Thanks for lookin' in...
  21. Another place I visited this December during the road trip around Europe. Again another place I wanted to see after seeing previous reports of this place. Wallfahrt was one of my favourite places to explore during that trip. An abandoned house, but not trashed. Still aspects of history and belonging there. A perfect time capsule and one of the main reasons why I enjoy exploring, especially in mainland Europe. I took lots of pictures but I tried to narrow it down to the ones below to get a flavour of what I saw. Pictures:
  22. Day 2, site 2 on the 'N.K.P.S 1100 Belgium Tour' and after an unexpected lay in at Motel Das Wahlfart and a quick breakfast of coffee, Belgian pastries and roll ups we arrived at the one at the top of our list, and BOY did it deliver!! An abandoned doctors surgery... Implements and drugs still in situ... Clothes in the wardrobes... Tidy looking motor in the garage... And to top it all off? An urbex badger!! Had a good 3 hours in here and it wasn't enough!! (No pics from NK on this report unfortunately, she's got computer issues!! She'll pop some up once it's sorted) 'Take a seat, the doctor while see you shortly' ...MAISON MORPHINE... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vorsprung Derp Technic (As they say in Belgium) Thanks for lookin in peeps... Still a couple more sites to report on! So keep 'em peeled!!
  23. Another stop on the "Suits On Tour" Tour! Built in 1897 by a local priest on the outskirts of a Flemish hamlet. The previous inhabitant was taken to hospital where he died, and the Villa has now been empty for many years. The owner’s son doesn't want to sell the house because of a divorce. Thank You!
  24. Evening Oblivionistas!!! Welcome back to the continued adventures of N.K.P.S. on our recent '1100 Belgium Tour'... After our Antwerp Hell Drive and After Dark Pickled Pig Excursion on day 1, we were a bit knackered, so being as tight as the proverbial drum we decided on a derp establishment to rest our weary swedes... 'WELCOME TO THE MOTEL DAS WAHLFART' (Pictures from both of us as usual) 'Right then bab... Time for Maison Morphine! Hop on I'll give yer a backy... That's it for now peeps... Keep em peeled for the next remedial instalment!!
