  1. Being on the road quite a lot I came across an issue that seems to be common for nikon lenses. Shooting towards a light source, I don't see anything weird on my camera screen. coming home, there is a purple blob in the middle of my picture! it happened with the 12-24 lens and the 50 mm, so the more pricy ones in the range. a bit of google learned me that this problem ocurres more often with these two but nikon denies the problem. http://travel-junkies.com/2011/12/12/nikon-50mm-f1-8d-lens-theres-a-purple-spot-in-the-middle-of-my-photo/ anyone who has good tips on how to get rid of this when post-processing? it has nothing to do with CA, it is clearly always in the middle of the photo.
  2. Just come across this place decided to go swing by, not very big was epic to find a piano, this ones a bit special! Place was asbestos ridden; with the sound of rushing water coming from the inside of a wall in the far end of the building apologies for the photos i left my tripod in the car .. What a way to break your urbex-piano virginity...
  3. When I was doing some long exposure earlier today, I came across a problem. My camera started producing these wierd purple blobs and crosses across the picture, I had been doing it for about 10-20 minutes previous without problems until this happened. I'm using a Nikon D3100, 18-55 VR Kit Kens, with a Variable ND Filter set to 10. Anybody got any suggestions/remedies? Thanks
