I've not been on here for about a year so I've decided to post a recap of where I've been visiting over the last year Gorton Falls, Manc Under one of the less desirable areas of Manc the falls are quite impressive, the ladder down has deteriorated to the point where the bottom rungs are all rotted away but it's worth the struggle getting in. Ramsey time machine, Cambridgeshire Before the Fens were drained Ramsey was an island, isolated and safe, ideal for the world famous abbey and center for education that was once here. In the 1850s when the London, Kings Cross to Edinburgh railway was built Holme Fen was drained, this resulted in the drop of water in Ramsey and so the 'Arches' were built. The work started in 1852 and was finished in 1854. Macro, Bradford The name Bradford is derived from the “broad ford†at Church Bank (below the site of Bradford Cathedral) around which a settlement had begun to appear before the time of the Norman Conquest (“Bradeford†in the Domesday book of 1086). The ford crossed the stream called Bradford Beck. Hulme Flumes little brother, Manc Under the village in Manchester is one of the many fine Manc drains The Works, Manc The Works is a must see drain with large brick porn pipes, steps, and the big penstock. Megatron, Sheffield The Sheffield spectacular. To say that Megatron is impressive just doesn't do it credit Ladybower Reservoir, Derbyshire The bellmouth spillway is imposing from above ground, when the reservoir is overflowing it looks unreal River Team, Gateshead River Sherbourne, Coventry Dark Arches, Leeds Bordomiser, Derby I could post countless more but I don't want to just post hundreds of tunnels
