Why do you call it "unsafe"? At least the condition of the building doesn't look in danger of collapsing or similar. Was entering a bit tricky / risky for some reason, or why else "unsafe"?"
The first floor has collapsed, except for the room with the old radio and a closet, every time you take a step you can hear the "bouncing" of the floor and the stairs to the first floor are covered with rubble.
