The ivy-coveted external is great! I agree it would better inside with a load of decay - I'd expect a bit more by now considering it's been closed for quite a while.

Yes, a little more decay would be nice. But it's still a nice place.
Has a lot of potential for when it does decay further but saying that some really nice features
