Nice shots, some beautiful and interesting things have been left there.
Do you know any information about the history or the former residents of the house?

Why do you call it "unsafe"? At least the condition of the building doesn't look in danger of collapsing or similar. Was entering a bit tricky / risky for some reason, or why else "unsafe"?

Btw: Could you add the month and year of your visit to the title?

The first floor has collapsed, except for the room with the old radio and a closet, every time you take a step you can hear the "bouncing" of the floor and the stairs to the first floor are covered with rubble.
The information found inside suggests that the last owner was a retired school principal
