Germany Home of the instrument maker - visited 06/2018

In 2018 I found this wonderful villa in Munich. It was the home of a local instrument maker. Talking to a neighbour I heard about the moving story of the family.

When the craftsman died he left the house to his wife. Getting old she passed the villa to her son in the 90th. Unfortunately her son and family died in a car accident. So she was the last living person of the family and had to decide where to pass the villa in case of her own death. So when the woman died the villa passed to a religious order.
After 15 years of desertedness I found this little gem in state of decay. A water damage unfortunately destroyed most of the wonderful instruments.
