I figured I had scoured my local area on Google Earth well enough, consider the surprise this turning out to be nearby and I didn't spot it.

Too bad it's facing the north side and thus doesn't get much direct sunlight, might have resulted in nice shadows.

Evening Buddy ,thats really cool location with plenty going for it.

Maybe its a good thing It doesnt get much direct sun light as might explain why its no longer in use

That's a good point SK, maybe a design error.

Looking up its history, it seemed to have been a training nursery, teaching unemployed how to do gardening. I suspect not much was cultivated there.

Don't wait too long. Some local people claim to have picked up that the place's going to be fixed and reused at some unknown point in future. Grain of salt, tho.
