I dont know if there is a real name to this place but it was owned by the Neal family who I knew vaguely when growing up.
Iv drove past this a thousand times & was led to believe the father "Neal" still lived there, it would appear most people assumed the same as while things are a little upturned there is no significant vandalism.
Im not sure if they have started clearing out & for some reason stopped as there is a lot of personal stuff left inside. Iv been told the new housing development directly across from this now own the property & assume it will be demolished for new housing soon.
I cant find any history but know this was a working farm back in the day, serving the local countryside, which was my old stomping ground & is now a dull housing estate much to my dissmay.
Despite the front of the house looking good, things are seriously unstable at the rear, the hole in the wall extends right from kitchen into bathroom above!
