Great Britain Nidd valley sawmill - July 21

Cant find an awful lot about this place other than it closed sometime in 2017 & is now pretty trashed.
There is still a water race running under the building & evidence that a wheel used to be in place driving machinery but most of this is long gone.

Just noticed this place driving by & happened to be staying a few miles from it on holiday with the girlfriend this year so when in Rome.

Looking in the small rear shed first.

Half a bearing case in a recess is the only tell-tale signs of former use.

The main front buildings had interesting channels in floor & machine mounts visible but not much else.

Moving through into the main old mill a few more things have been left behind
