Already built in the late 19th century. Also political prisoners were incarcerated here. Mid-20th century it was closed and used as a museum. Abandoned and in decay since the Romanian Revolution of 1989.
Normally the prison is guarded and not easily unseen accessible, because the guardian lives directly on the site. But fortunately the guard was not at home and a hole in the wall gave access into the building...
