Right in the middle of nowhere, off the beaten track, lies this former special weapons camp in the middle of the forest, for nuclear warheads of the GSSD.
The complex included two identical monolithic storage bunkers, a transhipment room, vehicle hall, service building, accommodation building, guard building and two watch bunkers. Up to 200 nuclear warheads were kept in the two storage bunkers.
The camp was next to the Special Weapons Camp ***** one of the two central nuclear warhead camps of the Soviet armed forces, whose content was intended to hand him in case of need to the rocket troops of the NVA.
The nuclear weapons in the special weapons camp *** were assigned to the 3rd Army of the NVA.
In 1990, this facility was abandoned.
