We visited this Villa in may of this year. Seems the owner is a bit more cautious these days and sents people away sometimes being a bit aggressive.

We only dealt with 2 people getting flowers in the garden which left us alone after giving us a 'dark' look after i said 'photography, ok?'

Great Villa must have been impressive when the director of the nearby chocolate factory lived here. The factory we didn't explore, to many people outside.

grts, Peter

Very nicely shot, and captured very well. I didn't see the chair when I was there...

PS The town has so many abandoned buildings we felt we could have stayed for a week!!

Thanks for the nice comments.

@jones-y-gog

We did visit this town again, had a hotel in the Italian restaurant right next to the abandoned church. We did visit the abandoned factory that was 200m away, but because we went to Hotel Atlantis we didn't have time to explore the town any further, but it seems like an explorer's heaven there.....re-visit of this town will happen i guess :)

You've captured the atmosphere of this place very well.

Never visited a town with so many abandoned buildings before.
