  1. An abandoned beacon in the baltic sea. There are two of it. One 1000m and the other one in 4000m distance from the runway. Ther were used to enlarge the range of the runway ...so the pilots could navigate easier to the short runway. Build and used by the NVA. The army of the former GDR... (DDR).
  2. 1: 2: 3: 4: 5: 6: 7: 8: 9: 10: 11: 12: 13: A legal visit during a photo base on 21-10-2017. Felt like a last chance because renovation is being prepared. We could notice the painting done during the filming of 'a cure for wellness' very well since we did the bathhouse an men's complex illegal in 2016. Still an impressive location of course and the photo's won't be much of a surprise i guess. I already had a fascination for abandoned buildings, but my first visit at Beelitz Heilstatten in 2014 really kicked of my passion for photography of the abandoned world.   4. Hi there, today I want to show you some shots of an lost Hotel. Locatet in the former GDR, it was an luxury Object in the GDR-Times. After that it continued as an upper class Hotel with a very good reputation. Now it´s closed since this year and empty, waiting to be torn apart. Well secured and guarded by security it´s neraly impossible to get in. we had the exclusive chance to take some pictures. Hopy you´ll enjoy them.
  5. This building is just one of a large complex of buildings which were built in the 1930's as National Socialistic Political Educational Institution during the Third Reich period in Nazi Germany. The architects designed and built the buildings in the shape of the SS logo when seen from above, not a perfect likeness you could argue.... but that's he history i found. After the fall of the Third Reich it has been in use as a school, to house a Ministery and boarding school. Visited with sammydoublewammy, Oldskool and Cloakedup. .. .. .. .. .. Cheers for looking
