  1. This old chapel in the middle of the forest was the first stop during my last trip to France on the penultimate weekend. Only a small and overgrown path leads to it. If you don't know the location, you'll hardly find it; even from the winding country road below the chapel, it's barely visible. Inside were still several beautiful things - dusty plastic flowers, small Madonna statuettes and images of saints, as well as two rosary necklaces with crosses.   2. Hidden behind the trees of a small wood I found this nice mansion.   3. Where to start on this place.... Ever since the first photos popped the scene of this place, I knew I had to visit here... It was on top of my wish list for so long, Back in Summer of 2013 I stood outside here, only to find out it had been locked down a few days prior, there was no way in to be had. Couple externals from my first visit back in 2013 Fast forward 6 months, no one had explored the place, but a couple people started posting pics again, was it back on the scene again.. obviously it was, but entry was not quite permission, bit an arranged visit through third parties. I missed an opportunity to go earlier in 2014, I won't go into that, ehh MrB Part of the Jupilerrrrr tour with Baron and Mega Magpie Masa, it was arranged for us to pay it a visit in exchange for a few beer tokens. This was a once in a lifetime explore and sits proudly as one of the best places I have had the pleasure to visit and take photos. We were given about 6 hours inside, I could spend days in here, I hope I do the palace justice, it really is the Castle of Dreams. BEWARE SERIOUSLY PIC HEAVY!! First shot of the day, has to be massive marble staircase. Being so dark, I decided to take a look in the basement area to grab a few pics before the decent light came up, the pics were always going to be light painted, so best get them out of the way first. Basement / Kitchen I would leave the ground floor till last, hoping the light would improve later in the day, so headed to the first floor.   4. I've been a bit absent of late! A MOUNTAIN of photos (x6 cos I duz HDRZZZ!) And getting to grips with Photoshop, at last, has kept me away from posting on this ere forum.... Best get something up then I spose.... ...Sanitorium de Foret... Thought it was about time I hit up some French tack, so off I jolly well went and one of em was this rather sizeable hospital tucked away in the middle of a forest... Couldve spent a fair while roaming the main buildings, but it was the morgue I was focused on! SUPER staged I know , but who cares when it looks sooooo good!! Anyway... Piccies... ENJOY!! ... Main Building... ...The Morgue... Thanks for lookin in... Got some NKPS Euro shenanigans to pop up soon, keep em peeled!

  6. Evening all, For those who are on Facebook OS page, then you may have seen some of these popping up. This place was nicknamed "Chateau De La Police" due to the security and locals who keep a very close eye on this place and usually ends up with explorers arrests and car searches so we weren't taking any chances here and adopting the old stealth moves in and out. The weather was glorious with mean't harsh lighting but we coped I think. This place is in Royal hands and is under challenge for future heritage and legacy by over 50 different heirs and no one can come to an agreement after the old guy died and nothing has been done to it for a long time. This place is sealed tight like they want people kept out and as you will see from the photos, is full of beautiful rooms and items. I have a stack more to edit before upload but here are the majority of the photos I've uploaded to Flickr and OS Facebook, etc so far. I have about another 30 from here to process and edit yet. They will appear on my Flickr photostream.
