The beautiful church is located nearby of an also abandoned hospital on a remote hill in northern Italy. I don't know when it was built or abandoned.
I really liked the many nice details there.
Friends of mine who wanted to visit it at the end of September couldn't enter the church because there were workers on the site to close the entrances. So we were lucky to be there in summer (at that time you still could enter the building through a small basement window in the courtyard, behind which you had to climb down over a coal slide. I don't know whether this access has also been closed in the meantime.).
