Fuller's
Fullers Earthworks, Redhill was one of the three UK sites used for mining Fullers' earth. The grey colored, mineral rich earth had absorbent qualities and was often turned into cat litter, oils, pesticides and sometimes beauty products.
The company, La Porte Group, fell into financial difficulty and this site was closed as a result.
This site was then later used to mine the leftover material, then as a waste processing site before being left to the elements.

This site was no stranger to the Urban Exploring community and locals, it had slowly been pasted in graffiti and stripped of any metal which didn't hold it up.
Eventually after numerous delays, plans and attempts the asbestos and steel castle was pulled down in early 2019.

The photos are from a time when i still used a Nikon D5100 and a kit lens, the tripod was still an alien technology to me and HDR bracketing was unknown of.
Don't expect quality, although I have taken worse.
Although I was using Manual mode.

Anyway, enough terrible photo torture, that'll be all.

Not bad pics at all. So it's all gone now?

Yes that must just about be the last report of the place, nicely done.

I like natural-looking shots rather than exaggerated HDR. The pics aren't in a bad quality, so don't worry about it.
Thanks! I do like a natural and untouched shot from time to time, although you can't go wrong with a little editing when done right.
