Thought I'd drop mine in a late submission. This place was odd to say the least, but I really liked it as an explore, certainly not too bad at all.
Abandoned around 2005, looks like the occupants were insolvent and ran away from their woes. It is still on the market. A fire broke out after children were messing around in an upstairs room which destroyed the first floor. This was in 2009.
