Belgium Chateau Miranda revisit March 2016

Two friends of mine really wanted to visit the Chateau and since we were around we decided to drop by. I've been here before in 2014 and not much has changed. Here and there a bit more decay. We even got the same nasty rainy weather, which really didn't made the climb to the Chateau easier. I slipped a few times and grabbed on some loose rocks and branches, but arriving at the top of the hill and seeing Chateau Miranda appear behind the trees gave me the same exiting feeling as 2 years ago. I don't know what it is about this place, but even though it's bad shape I still find it a beautiful location to explore.

Did a revisit to last weekend. Have the same as you, when the Castle appears in your eyesight, it just enchants you.....shame it will go down one way or the other sooner or later... indeed a deathtrap at some parts

I've always wanted to see this too, some great shots there. 

Looks like the old girl is just about holding herself together.

It's indeed quite far away from everything else. I think Charleroi is the closest but still an hour drive or so @The_Raw
