The Explore

This is another of those explores that I've put off for one reason or another time after time.. had some free time and thought I should get up there and have a look.. what a strange and colourful explore this one was...

The History
The original factory was located at kirks mill being converted from a cotton mill into a furniture manufacturer in 1886 they stayed at kirks mill until 1949 when they built a new factory across the road and this became the main production centre for hj berry and sons until 2010 when creditors moved in and backed administrators into closing the long standing bisuness , the original mill was powered by a 32 foot water wheel which stayed spinning until the company moved into its new factory.

What a neat place! I love how colorful it is. Looks almost like a recreation area for children.

Cool ass find there mate  Was about 10 miles from there today caving.

Yeah, the water wheel is still in the mill over the road were the factory once was.. we got spotted on the way in there though so have to wait for another day that one
