this place used to be a small nursing home in my village until about 6 years ago it was closed as part of a development plan. the plan was to build some new council run houses on a bit of waste land and to upgrade the parks and the hall and to use this care home as the project office thought the construction. after getting the plan passed everything was going to plan until a bat mades its home in the roof of the care home and since then nothing has happened
one my first explore with my mate we were only able to get around the bedrooms and the dinning area. all the othere rooms were alarmed we first thought it was a burglar alarm but on are second visit found that it was a internal alarm to tell staff the one of the residents had gone into the "restricted areas" (washroom,kitchen,boiler room,etc)

first time round i was leaning back to take a picture and i knew there was electricity in the building but wasnt expecting this to be plugged in a turned one :shock: . scared the life out of me
(as you can see in the photo i have turned it off at the plug so it can happen again to me)

some things were left in the rooms even found photos
all the lead on the roof was taken off in 2010
