West Park, One Final Visit - July 2011

Couple of weeks ago myself, Obscurity, Wevsky and Space Invader ended up in the area, so we thought it'd be rude not to pop in and have a quick look round at what's left.

So yeah, there's still a bit left, but it is very fast being stripped out and torn down. Soon all that will remain of this once vast collection of buildings is the water tower and the Admin block.

Goodbye Westpark, it's been nice exploring you.

love the last photo mate. Im defo gona miss the old girl. I dont think any explore will quite fill the hole that west park has left. R.I.P - theres been many happy memories had in this place

True, but I whacked up the ISO so the quality isn't what it could be.

That last pic came out better than I thought it would Obs, so cheers for the comment. I thought it was an appropreate signing off pic.

Anyone else got their shots they took that day, whack 'em up. Opted not to put a report on the 'other' forum as I think everyone would groan!
