So this thread is intended so members can share other interests they have other than Urban Exploring.
I would guess that photography is a major one, which is great and this thread can be used to show a picture that you are particularly proud of.
What i'm really interested in, and the idea of the thread, is the background behind it. The idea is not to just post a picture.
For me, its building / fixing things - mainly computers. I really enjoy tinkering with them and having a rig I enjoy having in the living room. I have done it for years and always finding something new to learn.
I have just upgraded mine. I built it quite a while ago, but it was on a pretty tight budget and unfortunately my case got the cheap end.
Its been bugging me since I bought it, so I finally decided to change it,
Old;
In progress;
New - needs more light though.
Only problem being I now want to put more in!
Another project I had was fixing a flooding problem in my outbuilding (more or less a derp). It sits below ground oddly so little more than a shower and its not very nice. I'm only part way through this, and luckily I had some spare bricks from another project that I could use for a firm base / take up a bulk of room.
Loads of other things that I wont bore you with, some im quite proud of, some that go down as "practice".
I'm not the most academic person in the world (to be kind) so I have got by a lot using my hands, watching YouTube and our friend google. I have had enough successes over the years to enjoy it (mostly), and living in an early 1900s house, I have plenty to do!
