Underneath the city of Paris lies an underground limestone quarry that dates back to the 13th century, in the 17th century, Paris was emptying out their graveyards and the bodies were relocated to the quarrys, over 6 million people were placed inside, the quarrys were used as catacombs.
Our exploration, we met up with our guide that lead us through the forbidden parts of the catacombs, we walked through tunnels filled with water and climbed through very small passageways, after 3 hours of walking we found bones, in total we spend around 6 hours underground there, i didnt make much pictures but i will return to the catacombs soon again.
