This beautiful abandoned chapel located somewhere in Luxembourg is part of a castle that dates back to the 12th century when it was first build.
The castle was destroyed several times during the years leaving only a few walls and the chapel intact. the castle got rebuild shortly after. Later in the 18th century, the castle and the chapel got demolished and were later rebuild in a neorenaissance style. Today, the castle and chapel lays abandoned, but it's still owned by a family.
Our visit to this place:
We were searching for a way to reach the terrain witch was more difficult than we tought, after climbing a very steep hill we made it, the castle was empty and there was not much too see so we decided to go to the chapel witch was still completely intact.
