Visited this place a few months ago but did not descend into the 2 chambers as I was by myself, felt a little braver this morning so went back for another look. Unfortunately I did not take my box brownie this time as I forgot to pick it up when I left, the pics below are from my first visit but only show the entrance tunnel and a few shots down into it. Went in this time, what a great little place, no chav damage and in really good nick. It was originally built to supply water to the Silversprings factory.

I know I do my best to avoid work wherever possible

The drop is around 15ft down some rungs on the dividing wall and there is no water in it, when you free?

Yes, over the first gap across the very old rusty metal :shock: spans and there are some rungs built into the brickwork

Remember seeing these pics on BB, and me and Swamp_donkey went back for a look, except we had no idea where the bloody thing was and never did find it!

Sure is a nice little place, as oldie said great acoustics. I had the chance to play around with my mates Nikon D60 again, he must be mad letting me go down dark holes with his new toy.

Anyway, had a play around with some light painting and got diddley worth posting, I have uploaded a few but I think I may need more practice :roll:

Oldie had his head down the view finder as normal, here he is oldie at work.

Me and things that ignite could = me on fire knowing my luck...keep meaning to go to this location just never seem to get round to it with other explores goong on or in progress etc
