DEFRA/ADAS research labs, Kent - Oct 2010

Found it difficult to find a lot of history on this place. The labs were involved with Soil sciences and research I believe, as there's lots of samples etc. in some of the labs. very hard to work out precisely when it closed, but I think previous reports say around 2005, although areas of it are looking like they've been empty a lot longer than this.

Visited with Obscurity and Swamp_donkey, as it's not too far down the road and we all happened to be free, we thought we'd give it a look. It was a lot better than expected, and made for a nice laid back explore for a Saturday afternoon.

I paid a visit to this place on Saturday got a few pics around the outside while I was trying to suss how to get in and bloody security turned up and asked me to leave-NOT IMPRESSED !

Went back for another look with Wevsky, still couldnt get in :evil: , so we left and bloody security were coming down the road as we were goin up it to retrieve the car back from its hiding place doubly bad luck !
