It's very rare that I get to christen a location on a forum, and even rarer when that location happens to come from Belgium.
There is quite a story with me and this spot, I first 'found' it over two years ago while I was searching for locations for my first ever trip to Belgium but as the blog I found it on (and I'll be buggered if I can remember the name of it) was years out of date and the location was named, and I'd never seen it on any Belgian forum I assumed it was long gone, but it went on my map anyway. Over the next couple of years I went to Belgium a few times but this was always too far out the way to realistically consider an explore opportunity and it left my mind. All that changed a few weeks ago though when out of nowhere I saw a video someone posted on the OS Facebook page of the location! Some frantic question asking was done as to whether it was recent or not (it was) and suddenly, with the route we were planning on taking through Belgium this time it was very much doable!
So, I bring you a stripped out house with an awesome surprise in the barn.....Maison Rover (so christened by me).
