One of the latest underground explore of an abandoned slate mine. Quite long tunnels to get to a giant room where the ceiling was at lest 25m high. There were 2 old cranes there and a nice lake. Took some effort to reproduce the real blue colour (when lit with a flash light) . The cranes look tiny but were big.

Thanks guys. I took sometimes several attempt to get the lighting ok. My co explores was sometimes running with the flashlight into the tunnels.

You should of got a pic with a human in it to really show the scale of those cranes.
That would indeed give a sense of height in the room of picture 4. That vertical block was at least 8m high....
I am not the selfie type but here is one from there. The lake was bigger then the photo suggests.
