Severalls - July 2013

Well once again everyone's favourite asylum pops up onto the internet. This is the 3rd visit for me and whilst planning a trip down south, I realised the others in the group hadn't yet seen this place and what it has to offer. So after a couple short discussions this was once again the first place we would hit early one sat morning. Leaving the night before and stopping off in hull for a quick pick up, we were soon heading towards sevs and with each hour passing by, we soon began to see the buildings appearing through the trees.

Nice one, some of the best corridor shots from the site I've seen. Oh the joys of a good wide angled lens and a subtle bit of HDR. Some crazy bastard appears to have moved the bed next door.

Cheers guys, luke from what ive seen the bed likes to move around a fair bit. we must of seen half a dozen baths Wevsky, on my last visits i didnt seem to see many.

Something a little off topic...

Did you see what the progression on the new slip road was? is it getting riskier to go around that area?

i drove past at the weekend and saw a LOT of greenery had been ripped out, to the extent that the burnt out ward was clearly visible

Looks like its getting busier in there

yes mate your right, we had to head to the other side of the site to get back out and cut across the fields and. alot of the greenery has been cut. whilst we were heading across them there were guys in far field (behind the new housing estate) with equipment. Looked like they were surveyors of some sort taking readings with them lazer gadgets they have.

You've never found the double baths fella? I may be a bit rusty but I believe they are somewhere along the 'male side' on the first floor.
